In 2005 he was co-founder and associate of the Forzati Law Firm, holding the role of head of the civil and tax sector mainly focused on tax collection, having managed on behalf of the collection agents (Gest Line SpA and Equitalia Sud s.p.a.), a number mass of judicial procedures both on the active side (bankruptcy and enforcement procedures) and passive (litigation before the ordinary and tax judge) in the regions of Campania and Lazio.

The knowledge and experience gained in tax collection matters (Presidential Decree 602/73) and social security credit (having been enrolled in the register of external INPS lawyers from 2016-2018), allowed him, on his own and as an associate of Studio Forzati, registration since 2017 in the register of external lawyers of the Revenue Agency of Collection of the regions of Campania, Puglia, Lazio and Lombardy for which it manages credit lines in bankruptcy and civil and tax litigation.

He has participated in numerous conferences and contributed with his own defences to relevant judgments of merit on tax collection matters that have then found confirmation in the principles of legitimacy now consolidated.

In 2010 he was the co-founder of the Forzati Associated Tax Firm, specialized in the management and recovery of bank credit out of court and in court, covering the role of head of the entire legal sector. He has gained in-depth knowledge and experience in banking and credit matters (TUBDlgs n.385 / 93) and, in particular, in consumer credit and the main financial products (targeted loans, salary-backed loans, revolving/revolving credit, leasing), as well as the main issues subject to litigation (compound interest, usury, identity theft, credit information systems, harassment of contractual clauses, reimbursement of commissions for early repayment).

Since 2010, the Firm has managed a significant NPL portfolio distributed throughout the country and counts among its main clients important financial and credit brokerage companies such as Intesa San Paolo Personal Finance, Neos Finance s.p.a., Moneta s.p.a. Creditech s.p.a., Amco s.p.a. , Banca Apulia s.p.a., Apulia Prontoprestito s.p.a.

He carries out consultancy and judicial assistance for some private companies, taking care of the contractual part (regarding the procurement of supplies and services, agency and mandate, sponsorships, leases) and credit recovery.
