Legal assistance and advice to both individuals and legal entities, in the area of criminal law, both in the judicial and extrajudicial phases, in particular:
- criminal law of the economy;
- fiscal and tax criminal law;
- crimes against the Public Administration;
- criminal law of the environment and building offenses;
- criminal health responsibility;
- Legislative decree 231/01 collaborates on a permanent basis with the supervisory bodies.
Work experiences
- 2012: trainee lawyer at the Nardone – Ceceri firm located in Naples in the field of administrative judicial and extrajudicial litigation;
- 2015: lawyer at EFGM Legal / Consulting, formerly of the lawyer Virgilio Marino, dealing in particular with the assistance of natural and legal persons, specifically in corporate criminal law and crimes against the Public Administration.
Training and academic experiences
- Master’s Degree in Law at the Federico II University of Naples – 2012;
- registration with the Council of the Naples Bar Association as a trainee lawyer in – 2013;
- School of Specialization in Legal Professions at the Federico II University of Naples – 2014:
- registration with the Bar Association of the North Naples district in 2017;
- Two-year course in Deontology and Criminal Law Technique sponsored by the Criminal Chamber of Naples – 2019.
