He regularly deals with legal assistance and advice to both individuals and legal entities, in the area of criminal law, both in the judicial and extrajudicial phases, in particular:
- criminal law of the economy;
- fiscal and tax criminal law;
- industrial criminal law;
- crimes against the Public Administration;
- criminal law of the environment and building offenses;
- criminal health responsibility;
- Legislative Decree 231/01, both for what concerns the construction of organizational models and judicial assistance;
- regularly chairs and composes Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
