He regularly deals with legal assistance and advice to both individuals and legal entities, in the area of criminal law, both in the judicial and extrajudicial phases, in particular:

  • criminal law of the economy;
  • fiscal and tax criminal law;
  • industrial criminal law;
  • crimes against the Public Administration;
  • criminal law of the environment and building offenses;
  • criminal health responsibility;
  • Legislative Decree 231/01, both for what concerns the construction of organizational models and judicial assistance;
  • regularly chairs and composes Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01.
